Planning Permission and Residential Layout

VEC worked with a private landowner to bring forward an outline application for residential development having identified that their land was now within a residential settlement boundary following examination of the relevant local plan. VEC carried out the planning policy appraisal and then produced a residential layout for submission as part of an outline planning application.
