VEC assembled a number of documents to support a conversion of a redundant commercial and agricultural building in the green belt including an extension to the building, including landscape design and a planning statement to demonstrate the conversion was acceptable under policy terms.
We carried out a review of the proposal under Green Belt policy to demonstrate there was no conflict between National and Local Green Belt objectives.
