Residential Masterplan & Landscape Design

VEC were appointed to revise a designed layout for a 30 home residential proposal that was threatened with refusal by the local planning authority. Using a landscape led approach we produced a site layout as well as integrated landscape design and green infrastructure plan that resulted in officer recommendation for approval and unanimous planning committee approval and was welcomed as a design approach to a village extension.
