VEC provided a Planning Statement to demonstrate the acceptability of the scheme on employment land as well as a sequential test to demonstrate the location was acceptable for a town centre use.

We enjoyed repeat business for the second Fish Tank in North Yorkshire where we provided the same service and secured a second planning approval for our client at this new location.
